Mulholland Consulting are a professional organisational development consultancy. We are certified coaching practitioners and ECR psychometrists with over 20 years of experience in the area of human capacity development, performance optimisation, and organisational effectiveness.
We are not 'soft-skill' practitioners but rather, we take an evidence-based approach to how we diagnose, analyse and action initiatives that support individual performance, team effectiveness, and ultimately - organisational impact.
We are committed to interactions and interventions that truly move the dial of performance and impact. We do not 'offer you a service' - rather, we enter a partnership characterised and guided by close collaboration and alignment.
Our mission is to enable and equip individuals, teams, and organisations to create the conditions for sustained and impactful performance. Over the years we’ve thought a lot about how we balance being good humans with doing good work that truly moves our partners forward. The result is this, our values-based manifesto.

TIMOTHY MULHOLLAND.
I am an experienced organisational development consultant with a demonstrated history of driving performance improvement through the delivery of individual, team and organisational initiatives focused on driving sustainable organisational performance and delivery. A certified psychometric practitioner and coach, I bring quantitative and empirical data to help diagnose and inform all initiatives.
RONAN PURCELL.
As an experienced agile practitioner and coach, my purpose and value proposition lies in my love of educating, enabling, embedding, and coaching teams towards high-performance and true agility. No one team operates the same way - through understanding your people, projects, and organisational objectives, I work collaboratively with you to develop agile ways of working - that actually work for you! Drawing on deep technical capability, best practices, and practical application of agile processes, I will help you to deliver both team productivity and customer value.
